Each user gets their own album where they can upload shit (not limited to images), albums are cordoned off from other users by default, and opened up on request. All data is stored in a web inaccessible section of my site, so the only way to get at it is though gallery, google won't be stumbling on yo shots.
A side note for iphone users, there is an app called , you can use it to upload to your album directly from your iphone. See me for setup instructions :P
