Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no official DDR2-1066 specs. The highest DDR2 is 800, whatever you can purchase beyond that is just memory with components carefully picked that remain stable at higher speeds. For that they also need to apply a higher voltage - those dominator are rated at 2.2V, when the DDR2 standard is 1.8V.
Long story short, any good stick of DDR2-800 can be overclocked to get you nearly the same frequency and performance. My DDR2-800 RAM is running at 960 MHz at 1.9V, 5-5-5-15, and there's still room to push it further. Also keep in mind the performance gain is very slim anyway.
In a word, not worth the price tag in my opinion.
