Probably not. It's probably just RSI in your wrist and you have stretched tendons now. I had this abotu 25 years ago when I used to spend 24/7 on my commodore64. If you keep playing it will never heal. Two weeks won't be enough unless you get some support. I had to wear wrist braces for about 6months.

Carpal Tunnel is PAINFUL, really painful from what I hear and requires surgery.

Proper chair height, etc, ergonomics, blah blah blah, solves most of these types of RSI. I've been using a trackball for the last ten years now and have had no wrist problems, cramping or pain ever since.

I have been using a trackball for years.
First started playing DOD on one.
Have since changes to a mouse on DOD.
The jury is still out on weather this has made a difference in my playing.
Have the track on my main comp still.
I love'm.

well my left wrist hurts like a b*tch!
it starts on the wrist then travels to the back hand part then goes through my
fingers, sometimes its kind of tingling but most of the time it just plain hurts.

i have no problem with the right, im curently wearing a brace.

not gonna use the left for awhile. so been playing RTS's and my Wii.

also rommel, yes i can empty those harvesters. but will take a while...
