SERIOUSLY GUYS AND GALS...........
This is old news. Hacks like this have been around for about 6 years now. And to top it off, this chump was obviously a n00b hacker because he wasn't even trying to make any attempt to conceal his hack. This was SOOOO blatantly obvious that any admin worth his salt would have to spec this guy for about 10 seconds to determine he was hacking. Believe me I wish all hackers were this blatant and obvious.
As for VAC, it issues delayed bans. He very well could have been flagged for a ban but it did not kick in until later. The reason for this is so that hackers cannot be sure which hack, or even which game for that matter, got their Steam account banned.
