Note: I had lower FPS, but after a few fixes my FPS is back to normal and very playable.
I think people that do the most bitching are upset that their once "uber" video card is not pushing out the 100+ fps numbers that it used to, when in reality the human eye can't detect the difference between 60-100 FPS. So it's pointless to say that the game sucks at only 60 FPS. Movies are generally filmed in 30 FPS just to give you some idea what the eye sees as smooth movement.
