I grew up in Michigan and the night before Helloween is
called Devils Night. Same kind of buggery goes on. In
Detroit on Devils Night an awesome display arson used
to be had, I think one year there where 139 arson fires
that where reported. So to combat that they would offer
free HBO for the weekend and that seemed to keep
people inside.

Have you heard any of Art Bell's scary Helloween specials?
I had to give up listening to him on those nights. I just
could'nt sleep.
