cheapest computer ever

Postby private gimp » Sat Aug 08, 2009 4:25 pm

Since I am currently unemployed and can't justify buying a new machine I am going to try a Frankenstien approach, useing the crap I have laying around and what I can scrounge up.

For starters I am looking for the cheapest case and motherboard possible, new or used. The only requirement for the motherboard is that it has a PCI express slot for a video card.

What do got for me

Thanks Verman but I am raising my sights slightly.

I am now looking at some cheap barebones systems on Pricewatch. I am going to post in the Baracks and see if i can get any feed back.
