Just to clarify (and not intimating that you are doing this), it's probably not important to post here every time someone drops an f-bomb or something in the server. Persons that continue to do so over and over, especially after having been warned, belong here 100% of the time.
We're usually going to hit racist and bigoted stuff like you posted about pretty hard, especially if typed (and therefore deliberate). Kids need to be taught that this kind of thing isn't okay, and any adults who talk this way need to go talk this way elsewhere.
