This one was deliberately and selectively nading teammates in spawn and out.
He needs to go.
Based on his play, I don't think he was affiliated with this group:
# 866 "[RiceWorks] H2" STEAM_0:1:20566441
# 870 "[RICEWORKS] D2" STEAM_0:1:20566443
# 906 "[RICEWORKS]-K2" STEAM_0:1:20566444
but since he was trying to using their Tag (somewhat), he might be, so they probably warrant "watch" status

Yes he was trouble, he also was dropping smoke right in front of me while
I was deployed as an MG. If he didn't have an extra smoke he would
stand right in front of me so I couldn't shoot. He also kept TW me in spawn
when ever he saw me.
He was the worst, the rest also were pulling crap but not half as bad as
this one.
